• If any damage occurs during shipping, it must be documented immediately upon receipt.
• We highly recommend recording a video while opening your package to provide proof of any shipping-related damage.
-Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (or video) and order details.
• We will review the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
